Investment and Oversight Process

Quantitative Advisors has a three tiered approach to selecting subadvisors:

Stringent manager selection: We identify the distinctive market opportunity, capitalizing on our ability to be agile and exploit unusual market factors. Based on the overall investment strategy we establish, we identify potential subadvisors and employ a rigorous selection process to vet them. We scrutinize their investment philosophies, comparative performance histories, peer group averages, and internal procedures. Our goal is to ensure each subadvisor has the potential to provide maximal performance over the long term.
Ongoing performance oversight: We monitor each Fund’s performance daily, and conduct comparitive peer and benchmark analysis each quarter. We work with our subadvisors to identify the primary drivers behind performance and evaluate ways to improve upon and pursue excellent results.
Qualitative and continual oversight: We actively and diligently exercise our oversight responsibilities in keeping with the highest principles of honesty, integrity, and ethics. We evaluate their management, investment teams, compliance infrastructure, trading processes, and financial stability. We conduct periodic on-site due diligence visits, regular quarterly performance reviews and annual contract reviews.
